Riley Patterson - Doesn't miss in Jets debut Patterson didn't attempt a field goal but made all three of his PAT tries in Thursday's 21-13 win over the Texans.
Impact Making his Jets debut after Greg Zuerlein (knee) was placed on injured reserve, Patterson wasn't called upon to do much, but it was refreshing nonetheless for Jets fans to see every kick connect after Zuerlein had at least one miss in five of the previous six games. Patterson's first PAT went in off the upright. The former Lions, Jaguars and Browns kicker will hope to get more opportunities in Week 10 against the Cardinals.

Jeremy Ruckert - Catches only target in win Ruckert caught his only target for four yards in Thursday's 21-13 win over the Texans.
Impact Ruckert, Tyler Conklin and Kenny Yeboah contributed one catch apiece. As usual, Ruckert operated as the No. 2 tight end behind Conklin, with that role resulting in a 36 percent snap share for the 2022 third-round draft pick out of Ohio State in Thursday's win.

Kenny Yeboah - One catch in season debut Yeboah (abdomen) caught his only target for 12 yards in Thursday's 21-13 win over the Texans.
Impact Yeboah was activated from IR prior to the win. He played only four snaps on offense in his season debut, but the third-string tight end still made an important contribution, as his 12-yard catch on third down extended a fourth-quarter drive that culminated in Davante Adams' first touchdown reception as a Jet. Yeboah is unlikely to challenge Tyler Conklin for the starting job, but Jeremy Ruckert's No. 2 spot on the depth chart is attainable.

Tyler Conklin - One catch in Thursday's win Conklin caught one of two targets for minus-3 yards in Thursday's 21-13 win over the Texans.
Impact Conklin played 45 of the Jets' 58 snaps on offense, while Jeremy Ruckert and Kenny Yeboah combined to play 25, but each of the three tight ends finished with one catch. Aaron Rodgers directed 25 of his 32 passes to either Garrett Wilson, Davante Adams or Breece Hall, and those three will likely continue to account for the vast majority of the Jets' offense moving forward. After having a modest two-game touchdown streak snapped Thursday, Conklin will look to start building a new one in Week 10 against the Cardinals.

Malachi Corley - Tosses ball away to negate TD Corley rushed once for 18 yards and lost a fumble in Thursday's 21-13 win over the Texans.
Impact Corley's first NFL carry was memorable for a different reason than he would have liked, as he got into the open field and raced into the end zone but flipped the ball out of his hand as he was crossing the goal line, and a review revealed that the ball left his hand prior to crossing the goal line. It then rolled out of the back of the end zone for a touchback. The 2024 third-round draft pick has just one target in his NFL career, and while Corley showed some promising ability in the open field on his lone touch Thursday, careless mental errors won't ingratiate him with the Jets' coaching staff.

Braelon Allen - Back to reduced role Thursday Allen rushed four times for nine yards and failed to bring in his only target in the Jets' 21-13 win over the Texans on Thursday night.
Impact Allen had flashed with 12 carries and a rushing touchdown in Week 8 against the Patriots, but four days later, the rookie was back under 10 rushing yards and without a catch for the third time in the last four games. Allen's usage is clearly unreliable from week to week despite the success he's enjoyed at times, leaving him as an unreliable option for a Week 10 road matchup against the Cardinals on Sunday, Nov. 10.

Impact Williams once again struggled for relevancy in the Jets' air attack, even on a night where Davante Adams missed significant time during the second half for a concussion check. Williams has been the subject of trade rumors as Tuesday's deadline approaches, and the fact he's had no more than one catch in any of his last four games seems to cement the notion that his best fit may be somewhere outside the Jets organization.
