Impact Williams' 73.9 percent completion rate was his best yet over his first four games, but his passing yardage total was only better than the paltry 93 he generated during his NFL debut against the Titans in Week 1. The rookie first overall pick did record his long-awaited first scoring connection with DJ Moore, hitting the veteran wideout from nine yards out late in the third quarter to extend the Bears' lead to 17-9 at the time.
